Mercury Complete Care is Never CompleteMercury Complete Care (MCC) is our approach to continuous engagement and support for existing clients. The cornerstone of Mercury Complete Care is our quarterly MCC calls. One (1) MCC call per quarter is included with your annual fees. We find that most clients prefer to take full advantage of their MCC time by scheduling a 2-hour call, however, if your schedule makes this difficult, you may choose to schedule a 1-hour or 30-minute call instead.
Each client site may only have one MCC call per quarter regardless of the chosen length of the call. MCC hours do not roll over between quarters. |
