RMS Releases Patch Update to Version 2022.2 with More New Features!

What's better than a quarterly update? A special bonus patch with even more new features!

RMS is excited to share that we have just released a patch to the latest version of Mercury 2022.2 that brings enhancements to Mercury User Management, the 'View Used By' utility, identifying conditional components, and so much more. We've also addressed many bugs  across the Mercury platform to make day-to-day operations in Mercury a breeze.

Residential Management Systems, Inc. partners with Red Oxygen

RMS, Inc., a global leader in Housing and Conference management, has established a new partnership with Red Oxygen. Red Oxygen is a global leader in bulk SMS management. Red Oxygen has been a long-time provider for several clients with an SMS gateway configured in Mercury, and this partnership formalizes the relationship RMS and Red Oxygen have developed while supporting mutual clients.

This partnership will allow clients to more quickly integrate a RedOxygen account with Mercury to begin sending SMS correspondence to their students. SMS integration allows Mercury users to reach their students directly on their favorite device to provide time-sensitive and personalized information. Text message replies can be routed directly to an email inbox for easy back and forth conversations with students.

There is no cost to establish or maintain the Red Oxygen SMS gateway in Mercury; RedOxygen monthly plans and optional add-on services offer flexibility to meet your SMS needs no matter the size of your institution.
