October 18-21, 2020 in St. Petersburg, FL
RMS World is an outstanding opportunity for professional growth within our tight-knit client community. Meet and interact with users from a wide array of universities, colleges, and businesses from around the world, spend time with members of the RMS Support, Implementation, Development, Quality Assurance, and Leadership teams, and attend sessions designed especially for housing, accommodation, and IT staff who work with and support the Mercury and RMS products.
This year's event focuses on rolling out Mercury 4 and expanding your use of Mercury to all reaches of your department. Topics include the all new Mercury Conference module, Mercury Interfaces, Custom Entities, Calendars (you're going to love them!) and various client-requested enhancements. Sessions from clients and from RMS staff focus on new features and opportunities for success. The variety of sessions, discussions, and panels, as well as social events and networking opportunities, ensure that there is something for everyone at RMS World.

Attendee Feedback from Previous RMS Worlds
Need help justifying attending the conference? Check out the quotes below and use our justification letter as a basis for your request.
"I feel more confident about harnessing the power of Mercury 3 to improve our existing business processes. By attending a conference focused around the software that I use every day, I feel that I left the conference with an action plan to implement improvements to our processes today, tomorrow, and in the months to come. All breakout session topics are immediately applicable and everyone is speaking a common language around Mercury.”
- Joshua, Loyola University Chicago
"The opportunity to attend presentations by other actual users and to discuss solutions is worth the cost all by itself. Meeting other users, building a network of contacts and the opportunity to discuss issues and scenarios with RMS staff face-to-face is very valuable."
- Virginia, University of Wisconsin, Green Bay
"I ALWAYS come away with at least a few tips/tricks to improve or introduce new processes back at my home school, even as an experienced user of 20 years. Discussions held with other users and RMS staff outside of sessions are often full of great ideas as well."
- Laura, University of Kansas
"Attending RMS World enhances the end users knowledge, confidence and creative ability. Additionally attendees not only learn best practices for use of the software, they learn how other university are dealing with processing request for special housing request such as gender inclusion, animals in residence halls etc., Staying current is of primary importance to housing professionals. We have shared experience that are not always covered at other conferences."
- Gwen, Southeast Missouri State University
