RMS training courses are available to acquaint new staff with the software, increase the knowledge base for existing staff, or to act as a refresher for long-time users. New clients receive extensive training during the implementation process. Training sessions are incorporated into our comprehensive implementation schedule.
Mercury Foundations Training is for new housing staff that will be working with Mercury on a daily basis. Our team provides a basic overview of the functionality in Mercury and how your housing staff can make the most out of using Mercury in day-to-day operations.
Systems Architecture Training is for staff maintaining the servers, database, and technical settings within the Mercury data set.
Mercury 4 Training is for housing and technical staff that are familiar with Mercury 3 and are upgrading to Mercury 4. A series of videos and live sessions are communicated to clients as part of the upgrade process.
Mercury Conference Training is for housing and technical staff that will be managing conferences and events within Mercury.
We design training courses and consultation to your current needs. Clients often find these useful at a time of staff transition, where we provide a training that mixes basics for new staff with more in-depth topics for existing staff. Alternately, custom training can be helpful when you’re facing a major process change, such as implementing self-assign or renewing your application process.
